It's Monday and I finally got around to writing my weekly update. We had an absolutely beautiful weekend here in NC. It was in the 60s both days. My son and I went for a long walk/run on Sunday, and we were able to spend a lot of time outside. Here's what I managed to do here on the blog.
Reviews and Blog Posts

What are you reading this week? It's Monday! is hosted by Sheila at Book Journey, so hop over there if you'd like to see what others are reading too. You can also check out the younger version of It's Monday!
Ah, good - I was looking for your weekly summary earlier :)
ReplyDeleteSounds like you need to catch up with your son. Very impressed you got your January summary up so quickly - I just realized yesterday that I forgot about that. I still need to sign up for 2015 challenges! Yikes.
Enjoy your books this week -

Yes, I do need to catch up with my son! He's much faster than me - although I'll use the excuse that I've been busy reading review books. :-) Have a good week!
DeleteLove the title Gooseberry Island
ReplyDeleteYes! Isn't it great?
DeleteThat is nice weather, we're still a bit cold. Gooseberry Islan looks good, I like that cover. Have a nice week and happy reading.
ReplyDeleteIt was a good one. I hope your weather warms up. Our temps just plummeted. I guess winter is here to stay for a while.
DeleteI enjoyed reading your review of Gathering Blue. I read it last fall and then started reading the series all over again. So far I've only finished The Giver. Lois Lowry can really write! I am impressed with how well it endures. I really have to get moving on Messenger.
ReplyDeleteI need to get moving on Messenger too! My son is about to finish Son, and it's a library book. So I need to read Messenger and Son within the next week!
DeleteI loved The Giver trilogy but haven't yet bought a copy of Son. I hope to grab my copy soon.
ReplyDeleteGreat to hear! I'll be reading it within the next week since it's due to the library a week from today!!
